Guitar Grip is a peripheral for the Nintendo DS that was first released as part of the first Guitar Hero game for the Nintendo DS, Guitar Hero: On Tour, released on June 22, 2008. It featured a strum stylist and 4 GRYB buttons similar to the standard Guitar Hero guitar controller but without the fifth orange fret. The core gameplay remains unchanged from the other games in the series. TheA grip that fits on a DS Lite does not fit on a DS, and vice versa. However, all grips are initially set up for the DS Lite but come with a differently-shaped slot piece; to use the grip on a DS, just unscrew the part that is normally placed inside of the DS Lite and replace it with the alternate piece. This happens with loads of games depending on the flashcard and firmware revision. 90% of the time all you need to do is replace the arm7.bin with one from another game. After this small operation the backup should save just fine. If this doesn't work try another arm7 from a different game. .
