Its a ORIGIN game, its from EA, it was never on Steam. Only Dragon Age Origins is on Steam which is the first game in the series, Inquisition the one he is talking about is the third.

The first is Avast/AVG anti-virus, you have to add dragon age inquisition and (maybe) the origin launcher to an exception. Avast and AVG apparently don't like dragon age inquisition. 2nd fix is go to both the dragon age exe file AND the origin exe files, right click then properties and compatibility.
